House Fire in Penn Hills

Around 10am this morning, 137 Rescue responded into Penn Hills in 221s first due for reported house on fire. Penn Hills units arrived on scene to find a working fire. 137 arrived on scene and initially set up RIT operations in conjunction with 196 Engine crew (Monroeville VFD #6). Crews would later be switched to assist with suppression/overhaul. 137 units operated on scene for over two hours before being returned back into service.
