3-Alarm House Fire in Wilkins
Today, just before 4pm, units were dispatched to Grayhurst Drive in Wilkins Township for a reported residential dwelling fire. After 137 Rescue quickly marked en route with a full crew for RIT, units arrived on scene finding smoke pushing from the eaves of a large private residence. 137 Engine and Squad responded shortly thereafter for additional manpower.
The incident went an equivalent of 3-alarms as fire extended into the attic. 137 crews completed interior attacks, exterior operations, and roof operations throughout, followed by overhaul. Units were on scene for about 3 hours.
