Vehicle Rollover
Yesterday, just before 2100 hours, Station 137 was dispatched to assist the Swissvale Fire Department for a vehicle rollover in the 1900 block of Columbia Avenue. Rescue 137 arrived on scene first, reporting a two vehicle accident with one vehicle on its roof. Crews located a female patient on the ground outside the vehicle. Rescue 137 crews, as well as Engine 278-1, 278-2, and Truck 278 crews, immediately began patient care of the female, who was tagged as a trauma alert. Crews stabilized the empty overturned vehicle for safety and remained on scene to clean the accident debris.
